Project Overview

The old Careers page was on our previous platform and needed to be migrated into AEM, as well as updated to be more in line with the new website styling and branding. I was to work with the team to update the page with new/updated content and new visuals.

Process

The team created the content and outlined their vision for the updated page’s layout. I then built the page in AEM, ensuring it aligned as closely as possible with the requested layout while making necessary adjustments to accommodate AEM’s functionality and maintain brand guidelines. As always, I ensure the pages are built to be responsive and functioning properly at desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints. I then conducted reviews with the content team, corporate communications team, and HR to confirm alignment and, once approved, handed the page off for rollout, translations, and publication.

Final Design

The final page is now more impactful and does a better job of showcasing what Waters has to offer. The CTAs for searching available jobs in both the United States and internationally are placed near the top for easy access. Next to those is a short video which provides a high-level overview of how Waters' products contribute to a safer, better world. The rest of the page provides links to employee testimonials, benefits, and more. The design now aligns with the new website branding, and incorporates simplistic iconography and updated imagery to enhance the page’s visual appeal.
